Support Matt's Journey: From Triumph to Resilience

For nearly three decades, Matt has been the rock and sole provider for his family, steering them through life's ups and downs with unwavering dedication. In 2022, Matt's relentless hard work culminated in a moment of career-defining Triumph. He was honored as the Sales Rep of the Year and recognized for achieving the most significant growth over two years, marking the pinnacle of his professional life.

However, behind these accolades was a struggle known to few. Matt battled with herniated discs and debilitating back pain, conditions that he managed with extraordinary resilience, all while continuing to perform at his best. Despite these challenges, he never let his personal pain overshadow his professional responsibilities or diminish his commitment to his family.

Just when he was at the height of his career, tragedy struck. Matt's condition worsened dramatically, leaving him unable to walk or even crawl. This led to emergency surgery on January 4, followed by another operation on January 18. Despite the doctors' efforts, Matt has not been able to walk since.

The past 15 months have brought unprecedented challenges for Matt and his family. As the sole breadwinner, now unable to work and with three college-aged children to support, the financial strain has been immense. Matt has faced the additional burden of modifying his home and car to accommodate his new needs, including installing an elevator and ramps, all without an income.
