Supporting a Miracle for Virginia

Donation protected
We all think to ourselves that bad things happen to other people.  That they will never come in to our lives, or affect a member of our community.  For Virginia a trip to the E.R. for a severe migraine took a deadly turn.  As a wife, mother, and the youth of twenty-four years this is as unexpected as it is devestating.  While at the E.R. Virginia had a brain aneurysm burst, and the doctors discovered that she also has meningitis.  Virginia has now been at Florida Hospital for six days; she is being kept alive by a ventilator, feeding tube, and round the clock care in ICU.   Although her condition appears bleak the doctors have begun calling her a "Unicorn ".  Unexpectedly Virginia continues to show medical signs that she is still here with us and fighting for her life.  All treatment thus far to relieve the pressure and drain the blood off the brain have been unsuccessful.  The next step in Virginia's care requires a Neurosurgeon to step up to the challenge and perform surgery.  Unfortunately, Virginia does not have insurance at this time and her family is struggling under the weight of her growing medical expenses.   We are asking for continued prayers and any donations possible to help ease the financial burden of her family at this time.  Our hope is that as a community we can gather around Virginia and her family in their time of need and remind them we are here  for them.
