Kane Family Fund-Hit By Drunk Driver

On the day after Christmas, the Kane family, part of our close-knit community, had made plans to see the latest Star Wars film together. While traveling home, a drunk driver struck them head on, resulting in catastrophic injury to all passengers.


Their injuries range from multiple ruptured organs to fractured spines, legs, arms, ribs and more. The road to recovery will be long and difficult. In addition to not being able to be home to do simple things like play with their dog and their kitten, they will be facing treatments that are both extensive and expensive.


Please take a moment to imagine what your life would be like if every member of your family were confined to a different hospital room with little certainty of what tomorrow will look like never mind a year from now. Take a moment to imagine how much you would appreciate the kindness of family, friends, and strangers. We ask that you please take a moment to extend this same kindness to the Kane family in their time of need.
