Please help us help Jay! 

Jay has a rare genetic disorder, mecp2 duplication, causing multiple seizures daily and ongoing pneumonia. Jay has had 23 hospital admissions in 12 months and had been in the hospital since March 16, 2015. Unfortunately, the hospital he is at lacks an immunologist and we have exhausted the neurology teams ideas on treating seizures.

Update: we are at Texas Children's in Houston, where there are specialists in Mecp2! Jay has been seen by immunology, pulmonology, GI, infectious disease and immunology!

We may also be responsible for his hospital costs and air ambulance home.

My son continues to fight for his life, he deserves a chance to live.
