My long-time Masonic brother and special friend Roger Appell, age 86, passed away unexpectedly on September 18 following a four-year illness, which left him in a wheelchair during the last two years of his life.

Medical expenses and care costs were difficult to sustain during this time without taking on the burden of extraordinary debt. I am trying to help his wife Sheila Watnick resolve the dissolution of expenses which exceeds $15,000. In doing so, Sheila could move on with a lot more normalcy in her life.
