Jackson’s medical bills

Hi my name is Alex and I am setting this up for my best friend Shani Dow for her amazing son Jackson that is currently in the hospital and has been for 4 days and unsure of when he will be released. Here is what has happened and I am just trying to help my best friend with his medical expenses and other expenses that are coming up with shani having to miss two weeks of work and more to come for as long as Jackson will be admited to the hospital.

He was rushed to the hospital on friday with severe dehydration. He had gone into septic shock and became septic. They had to do fliuds through his leg bones because they were not able to get any veins in the arms or hands. They did a CT scan and found alot of fluid in his abdomen and a stone where his appendix was and learned that it ruptured. They rushed him into surgery there was complication they had to cut some of his bowel out because they accidently cut his intestine. They had to life flight him to Sanford Childrens Peds ICU because they were unable to keep his blood pressure up. As soon as they got him to Sanford he had coded and was gone for 9 mins. We were able to get him back. He had to be put and a ventilator and sedated. He is having kidney and liver issues due to how long he had gone with out oxygen. He had fluid around his lungs and is filling up with fluid around the rest of his body. We are hoping that he will recover from this but its still day to day he is very far from being out of the woods.
