Facing Homelessness

Donation protected
We are now experiencing financial difficulty because I have been unable to work between needing to stay home with her and having to travel back and forth to Minnesota for her Medical care. We are being evicted and facing homelessness with nowhere to turn. I am trying to find a job that I can work and still be able to care for her but am having a hard time in doing so. I don't want to ask anyone for help again and I am very embarrassed to have to do so but will do what I can so we aren't living in a shelter. She now faces Secondary Adrenal Insufficiency because of the steroids she has been on and we have no clue if it's permanent. This is a life threatening condition and I am at my wits end figuring out what we should do.  This is on top of all the other health issues she is facing. Cancer has yet to be ruled out and they really only know what the symptoms are but not the diagnosis. My Daughter Lily was always a healthy child. Happy, outgoing, and always smiling until about 10 months ago. It started out with pain and fevers and progressed to pain so extreme she couldn't walk. Now with Pain meds she can get around with a walker. She was diagnosed with Hystoplasmosis/with Lymphoma, and Mycoplasma (Walking Pneumonia). Sacroiliitis.... And the list goes on. Hystoplasmosis native to the Ohio River Valley. Most of us have this but it normally only affects young children, the elderly, or individuals with compromised immune systems. She was treated for both of these and appeared to be getting better and then she took a turn for the worse. All of these things have cleared up except that her inflammation markers have quadrupled, the pain has become more intense, and she is extremely fatigued. They found a mass in her lungs and a biopsy was done. It was inconclusive.  We have stayed at Peyton Manning and Riley a numerous amount of times. Her doctors have run out of tests and options for her treatment. They are referring us to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota for an indeterminate stay. The hope is they can look at this with fresh eyes and determine a diagnosis and help us with a treatment plan. I don't like putting this on Social Media and asking for help but we do what we have to for our kids. Lily is my life and it breaks my heart to see her in so much pain and not be able to take it away. Or to have an answer to what is wrong. When you child asks what she did to deserve this while crying in pain... I can't describe how it or how helpless it makes you feel. We would appreciate any help you can give no matter how big or small. I really wasn't sure if the amount to raise as I don't know how long we will be staying. The hospital will help with a place to stay after determining that. Thank you very much for taking the time to read our story.
