Alan Plump, Sr.  made a difference in the lives of everyone who was fortunate to meet him. Ask any of the  countless number of students he taught and mentored at Huffman High School, or the children and coaches he befriended on the baseball diamond and basketball courts in Mountain Brook, and you will quickly learn why he is revered in both communities.

Simply put, Alan Plump, Sr. made the lives of everyone he came in contact with better. Now it's our chance to return the favor.
