Q-Grader definition: One who can accurately evaluate and score coffee consistently among other Q graders. The Q program creates a language for coffee that doesn’t change regardless of outside factors. It is a $2,000 certification that is instrumental to my big dream of owning a roastery. My name is Patrick Resing, I am 18 years old and recently I deferred from the University of San Francisco for a gap year. Through out the year I’m interning at Acacia Hills Coffee farm, Onsea house under Chef Axel Janssens, and then finishing my year off with the Q-Grader exam. On this year abroad, each and every financial assistance towards my goal would make me SHINE with joy. The cards will be on their way after I pass (optimistic thinking) my course. I APPRECIATE YOU.
