Hi everyone! I'm Johnny Rey! I'm almost 2 months old and my skills as a CHAMP have already been tested. At about 5 weeks old, the doctors saw that I had hemorrhaging in my head. So they had to take it all out by having me go through a couple of surgeries & procedures. The one cool part was that I was asleep the whole time and I was playing with little angels in my dreams.

I'm still in the hospital and hope I can go home soon because the food here sucks! But I know I'll have to come back a lot to continue to have the doctors check my progress, make sure the bleeding doesn't return, make sure my brain and nervous system is developing good, continue to get therapy....all this medical stuff to make sure I'm growing up to be a strong boy, even though I know I am. But ya know, I'll entertain the doctors and come to all these future appointments. They like to see me anyways because they all think I'm cute :-).

So its a long road to recovery and I know I'll be good in the end. Because I'm a CHAMP! But I know this will cost my mommy and daddy a lot of time and money. So if you can help out even just a little bit by donating to my recovery, that would be awesome. But more importantly, if you guys could just even keep me in your thoughts and prayers and send over some positive vibes my way, that would be even more awesome!
