Food Trailer Funding

Hi, my name is Liora, and I am fundraising for a food trailer. Food has been my second language since I was very young. The kitchen is my happy place, and I know it well. I have managed bakeries and worked in farm-to-table restaurants, but I want a place to call my own where I can share what I love.

I am looking to purchase a food trailer in which I will offer various homemade cuisines. I'm thinking of transforming it from a bakery in the morning to sliders or empanadas in the evening. I will also have vegan, vegetarian or gluten-free options to include each person's needs. I will park the bakery trailer near office buildings or construction sights while everyone is heading to work. A fresh, gooey cinnamon roll and hot cappuccino at 7 am is sure to make anyone's day better! I also plan on attending events such as farmers markets, weddings, or private catering. I am working hard towards my goals, but I need some assistance.
