STEM For ALL

You can help make STEM learning accessible to all with your donation to Exploration Place this holiday season.

Our mission is to inspire a deeper interest in science and technology through creative and fun experiences for all. Here are some of the programs that your support makes possible:

· Free field trips to 3,836 children from low-income schools during 2021-22. With your donations, Exploration Place’s goal is to serve more than 8,000 students through free field trips in 2022-23.

· 200 needs-based scholarships to our highly rated STEM summer camps.

· Expansion of STEM summer camps to libraries in low-income neighborhoods and other community centers.

· Blue Star Museum. Your donations to the STEM for All fund help make admission free for active-duty military families during the summer.

· Museums for All. Exploration Place was the first museum in Wichita to join this national campaign. Your donations allow us to make admission just $3 each for families that receive SNAP benefits.

· And more!

Whether through outreach programs or learning here at the museum, Exploration Place educators help children build the problem-solving and foundational math skills required for STEM learning – science, technology, engineering and math – in high school and beyond.

One educator sent an email thanking Exploration Place for the free field trip for their Title 1 school. She said: “One of our students, as we were leaving, described her experience at this visit as ‘the best day of her entire life.’”
