Angie was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer on January 10, 2018 following a routine gallbladder removal surgery. On January 12, 2018 she underwent a Whipple Procedure to remove the tumor. She will undergo surgery on February 13 to have a port put in and will begin 6 months of chemotherapy February 20. This will most likely be followed up by radiation. Her cancer was caught early and we are very hopeful.

This GoFundMe was set up to help with Angie's hospital bills. Due to working for a private practice clinic and her husband recently starting for a small private business, they were on the hunt for insurance. Angie spent months fighting with companies to get coverage. She was finally accepted by a medi-share company days before the diagnosis, but that coverage does not start until February 1 and they have deemed this pre-existing and will not pay for any treatment. Therefore, all of her hospital bills right now are uninsured and out of pocket. Fighting cancer isn't cheap so we need all the help we can get to pay for this.
