Fighting for Jordan Omalley

Welcome! Thank you for taking the time to come read about Jordan, and her journey.

In June of 2013 Jordan was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor on her thalamus. She had several challenges from the biopsy surgery, and she was able to overcome those. The doctors determined she should start radiation, and the possibility of chemo. She started radiation, and then she had started oral chemo which she has been on for the last two years.

On August 24, 2015 Jordan had a seizure, and was taken to KU medical center where they did an MRI. They found a new tumor on her frontal lobe. Surgery was scheduled on August 27th, and they sent a piece off for a biopsy. Jordan was told that she has stage 3 cancer. The placement of the tumors is on the left frontal lobe, and the temporal lobe as well as one on the right frontal lobe.
On Friday, September 11th, Jordan had met with her team of doctors to figure out the best treatment plan. They recommended seeking a second opinion from Duke, or UCLA. The team will meet again on Monday to direct her, and her family more on seeking the second opinion. This will require traveling out of state, missing work, and a lot of other unknown expenses. Belinda and Dean will be missing work to travel with Jordan out of state, and take her to the necessary appointments.

Please help Team Jordan find a cure. Thank you all.
