Help my family to evacuate from Gaza strip
Donation protected
Hello everyone,
My name is Ibrahim. I would like to take a moment of your time to share the current conditions my family is enduring in the Gaza Strip amidst the ongoing conflict.
I would like to introduce my family. In the Gaza Strip, resides my mother, my sister Zahra, her one-year-old infant Kenan, and lastly, my brother Muhammad, his wife Sarah, and their little girl, Asmahan, who is just 5 months old and was born during the war. My father, Majed, unfortunately, lost his life in the conflict and we remember him fondly.
They were all forced to flee our home after it was completely destroyed due to bombing. They have since moved several times, from Deir al-Balah to Khan Yunis, and now they reside in a small tent in the city of Rafah.
Living conditions in the tent are harsh. The tent is small, with an area of just a few meters. With the rise in temperature, it has become unbearable to live in. The tent is infested with insects and there’s a risk of contagious diseases. There’s a lack of drinking water and healthy food. They are surviving on canned food, which is not only detrimental to their health but has also caused them fatigue, stomach pain, and skin diseases. Their bodies have become weak and they have lost significant weight.
Sarah, who recently gave birth in this tent, lacks any kind of healthcare or medicine necessary for post-childbirth recovery. She doesn’t have any painkillers to alleviate her pain, nor any healthy food to breastfeed her child. Her health has started to deteriorate under these circumstances. As for Asmahan, the situation is dire. There’s no suitable milk available for her as her mother cannot breastfeed due to malnutrition. There are no diapers, clothes, or any kind of treatment available for her. She has started to show signs of fatigue and weakness in these disastrous conditions.
In light of these hardships, I am reaching out to all of you for help. Any contribution, no matter how small, can make a significant difference in their lives. Your donations can provide them with essential supplies like food, water, medicine, and clothing. It can also help us find a safer and more comfortable place for them to live.
Please consider donating to help my family during this difficult time. Your generosity and kindness can bring some relief to their suffering and give them hope for a better future. Thank you for taking the time to read our story and for your consideration.
