Hi, my name is Noah and I am a trans man. I'm looking to get chest masculinisation surgery this summer, which is quite expensive in this country!

This is something I have wanted for many years, I feel my transition would be complete and I could finally live my life completely as myself! I have recently socially transitioned and am currently 4 months on Testosterone. I can honestly say I have never been happier, this would just be the final step in a very long process!

I am on the waiting list for the NHS but sadly have at least another 4 years to wait for my initial appointment.

I have some savings which I will be using to contribute to the costs, but would love any amount of financial support you may be willing to give, big or small, to help me reach my goal sooner.
