Make Rose Ann/Gary's house safe

Hello, I am a very good friend of Rose Ann and Gary Jupp.  They are pensioners and have worked very hard all their lives to own and have the things they have - which is not very much!!
They keep repeatedly get broken into and have to pay Insurance excess each time.  They have been broken into 4 times in the last 3 months alone!!
This last time, their front door was kicked in, front security door bent beyond repair and personal items that meant a lot to them were stolen, they didn't have much to steal, so indiscriminate items were taken.
The items were more of sentimental value than any real value.  They are frightened to  leave their house as they fear more break ins.  They had their car windows smashed not too long ago.
I am appealing on their behalf for some money to buy them a security alarm, cameras and security screens for their windows and doors.
The scumbags responsible are making them prisoners in their own home and no one should have to live like that.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
