Hi, I’m Mani. Scott (Big cat man/G-man) is my dad. He was also a veteran. He was the best dad ever and supported everything I did. The three things he loved most were me, cats, and music. He passed away suddenly at around 3 am after Father’s Day. He had just lost 150 lbs over the last couple years and was trying to be healthier. He would financially support the 4 cats we have as well as help me with my business. I’m a self-employed artist and this has taken a toll on my work schedule and my ability to concentrate. We’re having a memorial for him and we were wanting to get biodegradable urns shaped like cat paw prints so we could put it in the forest or somewhere in nature. My dad was so awesome, every problem I had he would try to fix it. He was creative, kind, funny, and really intelligent and knowledgeable on many things. He always tried to help everyone else in his life even if it was to his own detriment. I wish he put himself first more often. I lived with him and I saw him almost every day, and everything feels so empty and silent now. It’s just unfair. These funds will go towards covering the cremation and memorial expenses as well as helping support the cats we have that he loved so much (Tommy, Fleetwood, Lil Boy, and Chai Chai - even though he called them his own nicknames). It will also go towards helping me as a small business owner/freelance artist because of the money I’ve missed out on and that has been delayed due to my grief and everything going on.
