A former employee of mine lost his battle with Covid. I’m in shock and my heart goes out to his young family. He leaves behind his wife and two kids ages 5 and 8. Tyler started working for me shortly before he turned 21. He drove a beat up truck and was renting a small place for him and his family to live. He worked hard, wanted to learn, and had ambition to give his kids a better life then he had. He continuously strived for more and within a few years bought a newly built home and a new family vehicle. He was not just an employee to me but became a close friend and had me be his best man in his wedding.

At the age of 26, this man has accomplished more than he could have ever expected. Although he was on a successful path, he was still living paycheck to paycheck and didn’t have much or any savings for something like this. His wife Marissa is now facing life without him and determined to try and keep as much stability as possible for their little ones.
