Our amazing Sandy Bain has stage 4 metastatic breast cancer that has returned after 17 years. Unfortunately it has spread to almost all of her bones. It has spread to her liver and lungs . Her body is not strong enough to withstand traditional IV chemo so they want her to do a pill form for 28 days but her copay is a ridiculous amount around $2300.00 . Her daughter Shannon has filled out forms to help with financial aid for Pzier  to help cover the costs but have not heard back from them yet . She also pays alot of copays and has about $500.00 worth of bills that she will have to pay still at this time.  We would kindly appreciate it if anyone could donate money to help cover this medication so that Sandy can get started on this medication as soon as possible. Sandy is strong in her willingness to fight this  and feels that she is doing well. Sandy feels like she has a tremendous and loving support system. I know that many family members and friends may have questions as this diagnosis is very much a shock to us all.
