Help with COVID

Hi all, I am a website designer and digital consultant. I did my best over the course of four months to avoid COVID-19, holding almost all meetings with clients by phone or laptop, and wearing masks if I needed to meet them in person. But in early September, I caught a sinus attack, which led to losing my sense of smell and reduced ability to breathe when walking and standing, which led to severe pain on my left shoulder and ribcage and coughing up blood in my mucus, which led to three tests before I learned that 1) I'm COVID-positive 2) I had moderate blood clotting on my lungs and 3) I will need to be on an expensive blood thinner for the next 3 months, without which my life is in danger. I still don't know how it made it into this house, but my Mom and nephew are also testing for COVID as well. 

This fundraiser is to help cover the cost of my hospital stay (I haven't gotten the bill but I assume it will be enormous between two hospitals), medicine, and bills for my Mom, with whom I live. Furthermore, I anticipate that I will have lingering health issues from "long haul" symptoms of COVID in the months ahead. I have no health insurance, and I had never been in a hospital bed until this September, and I ask for your help in fighting this disease and keeping stability in our lives. Thank you.
