Help Team 9015 Get to District Championships

[UPDATE BELOW]
Questionable Engineering, FIRST Robotics Competition Team 9015, is a community-based team in Jersey City. Consisting of high school age kids from all over Hudson County, this may be our rookie year, but we’re ready to go big or go home — which is why we need your support in fundraising for District Championships.
During the 2023 FRC season, Questionable Engineering has taken home first place, Rookie All Stars, Highest Rookie Seed, and the Donald Bowers award at Robbinsville Districts and second place/event finalists and the Rookie Inspiration award at Warren Hills Districts. We’ve accumulated enough district points to progress to the First Mid-Atlantic District Championships and are currently ranked eighth of over 150 teams in the FMA District. Making it to finals in every event of the season played would be an accomplishment for established robotics teams, nevermind first-years.
Questionable Engineering hasn’t been quiet off the field either. Part of Questionable Engineering’s core mission is community outreach, and we have a strong focus on introducing and encouraging a love for STEAM and tinkering to the next generation. From initiatives like Oscar, our trash can robot, to our cardboard STEM Kits, which help fund the WWF and ASPCA while teaching fine motor skills and promoting sustainability/recycling, QE brings STEAM education to the Hudson County community (and beyond) in whatever way we can. Progressing further on in this year's FRC competition would give us the platform to boost these projects.
Currently, Questionable Engineering is relying on the support of our current sponsors to fund shop expenses, material and parts, travel, and any other costs associated with running an FRC program. Our team is community-based, meaning we lack funding from any school district. Any support from those who support FIRST, Hudson County and Jersey City, or simply believe in the mission of Questionable Engineering and would like to see us continue to succeed, would be appreciated.
Please note that the nonprofit Urban Inspire Corp manages all Questionable Engineering finances, which is why this fundraiser is categorized as in "benefit" of the organization by GoFundMe. If Questionable Engineering meets our fundraising goal for District Championships, any extra money will go towards funding for FIRST World Championships (if qualified) and the upkeep of Team 9015.
