On July 13th, 2015 a huge storm came through the Wisconsin area and during this horrible rain storm, Tal and Diane arrived home from work that day to find a very large tree had fallen onto their house. It caused a great deal of damage inside, on top and in front of the home. Prior to this incident, my parent’s home insurance was cancelled on June 28th, 2015. Although the insurance has been reinstated, the insurance will not pay for any of the damage, regardless of how many years they have paid into the home insurance. Two days later it rained yet again, causing additional damage to their home. During his time with the help of family and friends they have been able to make some minor repairs.

To avoid further damage, the roof is in need of immediate repair. Over the past few years, my parents have had some financial hardships. My father, Tal was injured at work and was unable to receive any disability pay while undergoing physical therapy. My mother Diane, being a devoted Mother and Wife, had taken on the role of being the sole income provider for the family. In addition, she has been a caregiver for my grandmother Lipe who suffers from dementia. My father has now been able to return to work, however, they have been limited in their ability to work additional hours to get ahead; let alone be able to afford the replacement needed of their roof.

Our family is willing to help financially; however, they will require additional help to get this completed. Our goal is to have this done before the dreadful cold winter arrives. Any donation amount would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so very much for helping my family.
