Hi all, as many as you know, I’m going to be down to a 1 parent household. I plan on refinancing my home but I have to make sure my current bills are not in past due mode anymore. The goal is do this by Dec 1. I am asking for close to 700 to make sure I can stay in my home with my daughter. I can provide a screenshot or email of what my mortgage company and I plan to do if you would like to see. I can also pay you back if you like- I just need this upfront to be able to file.
