On November 1, 2022 Andrew and Ashley Wolocatiuk‘s lives were turned upside down. After a week of feeling sick, Ashley finally went to the doctor to find that she was not only sick, but her body was working against her and she was diagnosed with Leukemia at age 33. Andrew and Ashley have a 19 month old daughter as well as a four month old baby girl.

Ashley has been my best friends for almost 2 decades and I can attest to the fact that she is a fantastic and selfless human being. Ironically, Ashley ran marathons and raised money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society over multiple years in her 20s. She proudly ran across every finish line knowing she had finished the marathon in support of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, which uses the money raised to fund research to find cures for blood cancer patients.

My hope with this GoFundMe is that we are able to help with bills for Ashley’s life saving treatments, as well as enabling Andrew to take the amount of time off work that he needs to be with Ashley while she goes through chemotherapy.
