Anya-Marie Williams' treatment

Funny how life goes... I have helped others before by creating and managing their go fund me campaign without envisioning that I would have to do the same for my own daughter!
As I write this from the hospital cot where Anya has been "housed" for the last week and a half, I am exhausted but hopeful as I watch her battle on.
We have been told that she has pulmonary embolism (i.e. blood clots in her lungs). I'm so grateful to the docs for finding them!
For those of you who are unfamiliar with this, it can be very painful (she is in pain even when she takes a deep breath) and is life threatening if not treated or detected.
When she leaves here not only will there be a barrage of hospital bills waiting for me at home but also, I am mandated to bring her twice a week to see a specialist (hematologist) to ensure that the clots are dissolving and there aren't anymore developing.
While my Trini upbringing teaches me "doh ask anybody for anything" my maternal instinct tells me I must attempt to move mountains!
With this in mind, I am asking you guys to contribute and continue to give Anya a fighting chance. I can't do it alone.
I thank you for all for all the love and concern you guys have poured out thus far. It is soooo needed and deeply appreciated.
Please join me in helping my daughter become well again.
Love
Kerrah
