In Memory of Lance Corporal Anthony Montalto

This is one of the hardest things we have ever had to endure as a family. Yesterday, we suddenly and tragically lost our cousin, Anthony. Anthony just turned 21 in September and had his whole life ahead of him.
He so proudly was a Marine stationed in Jacksonville, NC and just returned to his base after a 7-month deployment. Anthony enlisted himself on his own will after high school to serve and protect our country and to make something of himself. We couldn’t be more proud of him and his accomplishments.
He was so full of life and so excited to come home this week for Thanksgiving. We were supposed to see him in just a few days. If you were lucky enough to know Anthony or simply lay eyes on him, you know he instantly lit up the room with his smile. He was so loved by so many and will be missed terribly.
No words could ever express the pain his parents, Lisa and Anthony and younger brother and sister, Dominick and Gianna are going through. ...the pain we are all going through...
We would normally never ask a thing from anyone as we are an incredibly private family, but we are creating this page on behalf of Anthony and his family. To help them in any way possible, so that finances are the least of their worries at this time.
We love you more than words could express Lance Corporal Anthony Montalto. Thank you for your service and the memories we have of you will forever be in our hearts. We are so broken that you have been taken from us way too soon and way too young, but we feel lucky to have you as our angel above and are grateful for the time we had with you. ...in our hearts forever Anthony. ️❤️
