This is Franklin, our sweet 5-month-old puppy. He got too excited, ran out into the road, and got hit by a car. He has a fractured femur, a fractured vertebrae, and a torn diaphragm. He will need three surgeries to fix his injuries and go back to living a happy life. Anything you can give will help offset the cost and would mean the world to us.
