Hi, my name is Gavin and I’m raising money for the British Heart Foundation.

This charity is close to me as 4 years ago, I suffered a Sudden Cardiac Arrest and was fortunate enough to have received lifesaving CPR. Following recovery, I learnt the shocking statistic that only 1 in 10 people survive an out of hospital Cardiac Arrest and wanted to play my part in helping others, where I can. Previous fund raising has placed a Defibrillator at a local community hall and raised funds for lifesaving research at the BHF, I want to continue to support this fantastic charity this year in the hope that others live a longer, healthier life, through the work that they do.
