Johnny Harward:  He'd like you to think he's a tough guy that drives a big, manly truck, and likes to fix stuff, build stuff, and shoot stuff (for food, you know). But really, he's a big softy, with a big heart. He works hard to support his family and sacrifices a lot of his time and personal desires to do so. He goes above and beyond to serve his neighbors and friends, and have you ever seen him with a baby!?! His "tough guy" facade isn't fooling anyone. ;-) 

A couple of weeks ago, Johnny got sick. Really sick. Fever, chills, swelling in the face and neck, pain behind his ears, throwing up, etc. It got better, then it got worse. He was in and out of the hospital with no answers, just heavy antiobiotics. On Sunday, March 29, his oxygen levels dropped, his blood pressure was low, and he was severely dehydrated. So they finally admitted him to the ICU at Davis Hospital in Layton. So far, all scans and blood work are coming back normal, so we have no answers as to why he is so sick.

Medical bills are expensive. That is why we are here. Reaching out to you and asking for your help. Open your heart and your wallet ;-) to give them hope during this difficult time. 

We don't know how long he will be in the ICU, but my sister, with her unwavering love and support will be there with him, as long as it takes. Their three kids are being taken in by our family and we are trying to provide some sunshine and hope in this dark, scary time. We have faith in God, our Heavenly Father. We know that He is a source of love, strength, and peace. We know that He has a plan and a purpose for their family. We also know that through the combined faith and prayers of those who love the Harwards, miracles and blessings can be called down. So, in addition to donating here, please take a minute to plead with God, your Father in Heaven to bless this family in whatever way He sees fit, and to invite His power and light into their hearts.
