I hate to ask, and I'm embarrassed to do so, but my need is pressing, time is of the essence and I'm at the end of my rope. The search for a job is taking much more time than I expected. I'm qualified for most of the positions I applied for, but the truth is I'm an older person, I'm now deaf, and I recently suffered a stroke causing me to have restricted vision, so my prospects are limited. I need to work from home, and those jobs are hard to find. In the meantime, I still have bills to pay, and what little I get from Social Security is not enough to pay for rent, utilities, car insurance, and gas, among other things. My service dog Oliver is getting up there in years and requires vet visits and thyroid medication.
I'm stretching every penny I make, spending much less on food for myself while ensuring Oliver eats. I've eliminated every non-essential expense I can, but it's not enough. I need help. I've survived the last few months by the skin of my teeth, but I've run out of options, so I'm reaching out to my friends to help me through this until I can find employment. Please help me. I don't know what else to do. Your donation would be much appreciated!
