One of our most beloved instructors, Alicia, has recently been diagnosed with Stage 4 Adenocarcinoma Cancer and is preparing to begin chemotherapy.

If you’ve ever taken one of Alicia’s classes, you know the incredible light, strength, and passion she brings to every moment. Whether through her empowering coaching or genuine care for her clients, Alicia has made a lasting impact on all of us.

Now, it’s our turn to show up for her.

Even in the face of this life-changing diagnosis, Alicia has expressed her deep desire to continue teaching classes as she’s able. Her resilience is nothing short of inspiring—but the road ahead will still be incredibly tough, both emotionally and financially.
