Hi everybody, we are organizing this gofundme on behalf of Laura and John DiCicco and their five children of Norristown, PA to raise funds for medical expenses and lost wages during this difficult time for their family. Their eldest son Johnny, aged 10, was diagnosed with Burkitt’s Lymphoma over the Thanksgiving holiday on 11/24/2021. While they are very lucky to have diagnosed and started Johnny’s treatment at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia early, this has required Laura take a leave of absence from her work as a pediatric nurse to care for Johnny as he undergoes numerous rounds of chemotherapy.
Johnny is a bright and active ten year old who loves to play soccer and help care for his younger siblings. The DiCicco are members of Visitation parish where the children are students. Any contribution you can make to their family at this time is appreciated beyond words.
