Hi my name is Adam and I’m raising funds to help Shane lewis.

I’ve had the privilege of knowing Shane for many years and you couldn’t meet a nicer guy. Shane is a guy in his late 30’s but over the last few years has been living in CHRONIC pain he was born with a club foot. Over the years it has gotten progressively worse and after exhausting every avenue to manage pain. He’s just had some confronting news of having to have AMPUTATION of his foot. The hospital out of pocket costs are at just over $11k. Living in pain grates on you. He has 3 young beautiful kids and needs help in raising funds so that he can somewhat have a better life and pay for his surgery. I understand times are tough but every little will help Shane have his surgery done quicker and move on.
