Let's help Mack

This very sweet, neglected boy, Mack as we are calling him, was founding roaming the streets of Philly with a wire tightly wrapped around his neck. He obviously has seen better days. Just by looking at him, you can see he hasn't had it easy. Not only does he have skin issues, some eye issues, he also has a mass hanging off his chest. A woman caught him but didn't want to bring him to the shelter so she called one of our fosters who called us immediately to see if we would be willing to take this guy in. Of course, we will but he will need some vetting. He will need to get neutered, blood test, the mass removed, eyes looked at along with the normal vetting of vaccinations. He isn't chipped, seems to be about 7 or 8. We've been looking at lost and found ads with no success. Thank you for helping us help him!
