Trip to Tanzania

Hi my name is Bella and I’m fundraising to go on a trip to Tanzania in Africa, with my school and trip organiser Camps international.

For me, this trip is a once in a lifetime opportunity that I would love to take part in.

There are Community, Wildlife, Environment and Adventure aspects to this trip.

We would stay in three different camps, in different parts of Tanzania, over 4 weeks. While there we will contribute to vital project work.

Projects could include helping the people that live there build up schools to improve access to education, help them receive safe and reliable drinking water, help construct new homes and support local women’s groups in building their businesses, plant seedlings, recycle plastics into eco friendly materials, clean beaches to help turtles nest.

I feel this is an incredible chance to be a part of an organisation that helps change peoples lives for the better and in so many ways.

During the trip I will be taught to scuba dive in the deep ocean, gaining a PADI Open Water Scuba Diving qualification.

I will gain so much from this trip.

This will open doors in my future for possible job opportunities.

Over the next 2 years I will be challenging myself to fundraise the funds needed for this trip. Keep a look out for my fundraising ventures!
