Hi there. I'm Jahangir Qazi, and it's been my dream to open my own restaurant some day. I have many years of experience in both the food service industry and management. I have my Bachelors degree in Business Administration and I love to cook. There's something very rewarding in making healthy and delicious food and then feeding people, wouldn't you agree? So here it is. I've decided to open my very own food truck that's one of a kind in the Greater Rochester area. A Pakistani-American fusion food truck that will combine the best of east and west. I plan to serve traditional dishes that you would find at a family home in Pakistan with an American twist. All food served will be halal. Of course I plan to have my own version of the famous Rochester plate as well. All recipes are traditional and come from my own family. This will ensure the authentic home cooked meal feeling and taste to our cuisine. Please help me achieve my dream and pave the way for my passion in life.
