It is with a heavy heart that I am announcing the death of our mother Laura Reis. For those of you that knew her knew she was a fighter. Laura fought her illness to the very end.

They will tell you that you should prepare for death. Death is inevitable. No one is too good to beat it. Well Laura deserved to, if anyone. Laura brightened the lives of so many with her laugh, sense of humor, and selfless means of carrying herself.

She was so rare. Heaven truly gained an angel to be reckoned with - in the best way .

As you can imagine, the family was not at all prepared for the financial burden that comes along with a proper funeral service. That is why l am reaching out to you all in hopes that you’ll show your support.

So you know exactly where your donation will be used, we are currently packing her belongings to bring back to Ohio . We need boxes, rent a truck, gas food for trip home and a 1 night hotel stay as we face a 25 hour trip home . We are also making arrangements for a service in Ohio . She will be cremated. We will need to purchase a urn .

Thank you so much for even considering to donate and for taking the time to read about our sweet Laura. She loves you all. Even if she didn’t know you directly.
