Help Bill with medical bills

Bill recently woke up to find something wasn't right. He woke up disoriented and he couldn't see straight. Stacy took him straight DCH where they shipped him to Green Bay. He sat in Green Bay for 4 days with no answers and no test results.  He eventually came home for a week, still with no answers as to why his eyes had strayed or why his ability to walk and talk were altered. He was having stroke symptoms and possibly MS. After a week, Stacy summoned family from Pittsburgh to come take him to a better hospital to get some answers. Bill's brother came and took him back to Pittsburgh, where in 24 hours, they had more answers then they did in 4 days at Green Bay. He had another spinal tap and MRI since Green Bays were inadequate and unprofessional. They found 2 lesions on the brain which they think could be stroke related. MS is still on the table, however. 
They are now facing thousands of dollars in out of network medical bills, with more on the way as they continue to seek medical attention.
