My name is Jennifer Tran, & I am trying to raise money to help take the burden off my parents as they get ready to lay their daughter & my sister, Diana to rest.
Diana was born in Dec 8, 1984 in Ohio. She was extremely sassy & smart & full of energy as a child. She always excelled in anything she put her mind to. In 1996 she had a benign tumor & was treated at Duke Hospital in NC. She was a fighter & a warrior. She came out on top after some radiation therapy. The tumor was in submission. She continued on another 18 years of life. Impacting others, her smile & generosity always captured people's heart. Diana always wanted to help & take care of others. Thats why she was the best big sister ever! She helps out at my moms salon, & all the clients who brought their kids would love Diana. She always had the coolest gadgets & toys & of course CANDY!!! She was an amazing cross-stitcher, she made bracelets, & loved oragami. She truly amazed everyone with her talent! In Dec 2014, we discovered a different tumor that came back. She went under 2 procedures & bounced back quickly. However, the tumor continued to metastisize quickly & she developed osteosarcoma from the radiation that she received when she was 12. She fought til the end. Chemo couldn't be done. The doctors gave her a few days or even weeks, but not more than a month. She wanted to come home. Although it seemed so fast, she enjoyed her last few days with all of her family that flew in to see her. She left us peacefully & gracefully. She didn't suffer one bit. She followed God's path for her willingly & I am so proud of her. She is an Angel.
My parents have been so strong, they have always sacrificed for my sister & I. For once with all the chaos, I would like to help them out w/ the doctors/hospital bills & all the upcoming expenses I know that are coming their way. I am thankful for anything that you all are able to donate. On behalf of my family & I thank you for all your condolences, support, & love. <3
