Help Dave Fight Pancreatic Cancer

Dave Mador was recently diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and is in the fight of his life. The medical bills and monthly expenses will continue to pile on as he receives intense treatment over the next several months. So we (his 4 siblings: Paul, Anne, Karen, and Kris) are asking for donations of any amount, allowing Dave to focus on his health and recovery.

Dave is 52 years young and grew up in Vernon, Connecticut. He is an alumnus of East Catholic High School (class of 1988), and earned his associates degree from Manchester Community College. Dave began his career at Spacefitters before moving to CBRE, where he has worked as a Project Manager for Travelers for 20+ years.

Dave loves to golf and particularly looks forward to the annual trip to Lake Morey Resort in Vermont with ‘the crew’. He has a soft spot for animals and has an extra special place in his heart for dogs. Dave’s also a car enthusiast (a MOPAR man); he’s restored several ‘muscle’ cars over the years in addition to making custom modifications and standard car repairs for many friends and clients. He loves Star Wars (may the force be with you) and the Steelers (who knows why). He and his partner, Kelly Ostergren, currently live in Columbia, Connecticut and enjoy spending time with Kelly’s son, Sean, and daughter, Nicole, as well as their many friends and family.
