On November 9th the Schmidt family was hit with news no parent should have to hear. Their youngest son, Oliver, was diagnosed with leukemia and will be starting chemo immediately. Right now, Oliver will be in the hospital for 5 weeks undergoing chemo and other medical treatments. Samantha and David will be with their son every step of the way, which means they need as much help as they can get.  The funds will be used for Oliver's medical treatment along with basic bills as both will be out of work to care for their children.
