Hola, mi nombre es Mónica, y quiero pedir tu apoyo para alguien muy especial para mí: mi prima Gaby, quien es como una hermana para mí.

Hace siete meses, Gaby fue diagnosticada con insuficiencia renal, una enfermedad que cambió su vida por completo. Desde entonces ha tenido que someterse a hemodiálisis tres veces por semana, un proceso agotador pero necesario para mantenerla estable mientras espera un trasplante de riñón.

Afortunadamente, su hermano Gilberto ha mostrado un amor y compromiso inmensos al ofrecerse como donador. En este momento ambos están en proceso de realizar los estudios médicos necesarios para confirmar si la donación es viable. Este posible trasplante representa una esperanza real de una nueva vida para Gaby.

Sin embargo, los gastos médicos, estudios, traslados y medicamentos han sido muy elevados y difíciles de afrontar. Por eso he creado esta campaña, con la esperanza de reunir apoyo para que Gaby y su familia puedan concentrarse en lo más importante: su salud y su recuperación.

Help Gaby in Her Fight Against Kidney Failure

Hello, my name is Mónica, and I’m reaching out to ask for your support for someone very special to me — my cousin Gaby, who is like a sister to me.

Seven months ago, Gaby was diagnosed with kidney failure, a condition that completely changed her life. Since then, she has had to undergo hemodialysis three times a week, an exhausting but necessary treatment to keep her stable while she waits for a kidney transplant.

Fortunately, her brother Gilberto has shown incredible love and courage by offering to be her donor. They are currently going through the medical evaluations to determine if the transplant will be possible. This represents a real hope for Gaby to have a new life.
