Help Kapi’olani Attend Music Summer Program

Hello, everyone!

My name is Kapi’olani Bocanegra, and I am a 14-year-old student at Buena High School in Ventura, California. Music is my passion, my joy, and my inspiration. It's a language that speaks to my soul and connects me with others in a way that words cannot describe.

I have been given the incredible opportunity to attend the University of Michigan Music Summer Program, a dream come true for me. This program will allow me to learn from top instructors, collaborate with talented musicians, and grow as a musician in ways I never thought possible.

However, I need your help to make this dream a reality. As a young student with limited resources, I am facing financial challenges that are preventing me from being able to attend this program. The cost of tuition, travel, accommodations, and other expenses is beyond what my family can afford.
