Help save Tigger

My little brothers cat was shot with a arrow. In town in Brightwood. My baby brother heard him at the door clawing and screaming to be let in and found him shot with an arrow. No child should ever have to be traumatized that way or an animal treated this way. Surgery to remove the arrow and the initial assessment medical bill's are over $2,200 for initial surgery and xrays. Any help or relief on this unexpected finacial expense would be greatly appreciated.
