Hi Everyone,

I created this donation drive for my good friend, Rob Greyfox. His difficult economic situation just took a turn for the worse when he crashed his old SUV, "Bertha." Rob suffers from narcolepsy, among other medical issues, and he fell asleep while driving. His cruising days are over.

Rob is self-employed; he promotes and produces live rock shows in his area, which include Rhode Island, Mass., and Ct. Started in 1985, Greyfox Productions has been a labor of love for him. It took a few years to break even; ironically, his best year was 2020, the "Summer of Covid." Since then, getting gigs have been increasingly hard to get, mostly due to smaller, less capable crews who are subsidized. They are able to underbid Rob for the venues; his dream is slowly fading away.

And as if that's not enough, on top of all this is Rob's health issues, which leave a lot to be desired. The low-budget insurance he has is stalling payment on his recent medical expenses; he's looking at bills totaling over four thousand dollars.

Those of you who know Rob from festivals already appreciate what a low-key, decent and gentle guy he is. Recently, when our mutual friend Bette "Boop" Bettencourt tragically lost her camper van to a fire, Rob immediately started a Go Fund Me page for her. That's the way he rolls. I'm simply answering karma's call. Please give what you can. God Bless.
