Thirteen years ago I was blessed to have my furry baby, Karson  enter and change my life forever.  My baby, my booboo, my stinker, my playmate, my hiking buddy, my reluctant camping companion, my everything... has been there for me for all my highs and lows, and has never let me down.

Sadly, Karson was admitted to the hospital this past Monday for heart failure. He has been in an oxygen cage since Monday, and is being treated with medication in hopes to drain the fluid from his lungs.  There has been some positive change, but unfortunately he remains in critical condition. We remain optimistic because if you know Karson, you know he is a fighter and all he wants to do is come back home and climb in to his mommy's lap. I will do anything to make that happen, and be there for him as he has for me. However, the cost of his stay and treatment is running between $1200-$2000 a day, and I could really use help in making sure he continues to receive the best care he needs to get better and come back home.
