Brian Olson was many things to many different people. A son, brother, uncle, nephew, coworker, and beloved friend. He was a hard working man that loved many different things, He loved talking about trucks, snowmobiles, dirt bikes, machinery, or the latest Facebook marketplace item he found.
Brian worked for ET&L in Stow for many years. He belonged to the Local 4 Operators Union. In the years at ET&L he was able to achieve his Crane and Hoisting license and even was able to pass his Class A CDL test. His love for driving big rigs at work made him love his job day in and day out.
His love and fascination for truck restoration was what consumed most of his nights after work. Tinkering in his driveway or his buddy’s shop finding out what parts needed to be exchanged for newer ones. Taking that truck that just needed some tender love and care and being able to restore it to its originally beauty. His love for flying also drove him to almost achieving his pilot license.
Brian was always the person you could call and he would be there to help you out. He was always ready for a good time and not afraid to be goofy and show his bright personality. He made his presence known where ever he went.
Tragically Saturday May 4th, 2024 Brian was involved in a dirt bike accident and succumbed to his injuries on May 6th, 2024. He leaves an enormous amount of friends and family. He is survived by his father Chuck Sr Olson and brother Chuck Jr Olson. Brian joins his mother Bonnie Olson who lost her battle to cancer in July 2017.
Brian was an ambitions hard working young man who was taken from his friends and family far too soon. Please show your support in helping his family during this time of mourning.
