Hi everyone, I’m raising money for my Mother who has been battling cancer for two years now. Melanie was diagnosed with esophageal cancer April of 2021, and has undergone radiation, chemotherapy, and even an “esophagectomy" surgery; which involved removal of the lower two-thirds of her esophagus and the top of her stomach. After the surgery she was “cancer free” and did a years worth of immunotherapy from February 2022 until January of 2023. On January 26th 2023 a PETScan identified malignant hotspots on the upper shelf of her stomach where they had attached her esophagus. From January until now she’s continued her battle and has now been accepted into the Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota. The cost of travel and lodge for my mother to continue treatment at this facility is high and I hope to raise some funds to help ease the financial toll that has burden my parents. Anything is most appreciated, and thank you to those that took the time to read this.
