Hello, my name is Lisa and there is a family very near and dear to our family that is struggling in a big way.
A fire took their home on October 24, 2015. The circumstances surrounding the cause of the fire has left Jamie (Mother) to raise her family without her husband's assistance or his income. Most importantly, Jamie and the kids are safe. They are temporarily living in a rental home provided by the insurance company.
Although this is helpful, it is not a permanent living situation. She is a working mom, but without the means to fully pay their monthly bills, not to mention any of the expenses associated with raising three children under the age of 13.
We are asking for donations to help Jamie get on her feet as well as provide for the basic needs of her three children while she weathers the storm in her life at the moment. Although it is the season, we are not asking for Christmas gifts for the kids as they will be well taken care of by family and close friends.
Thank you in advance for your consideration in donating to this family in need. Even the smallest of contributions can help her stay focused on healing her family from this very emotional trauma and relieve her of some of the financial stresses that she is now facing as a single mother.
